My approach is person-centered & holistic, meaning I recognize that all areas of a person’s life impact their mental health.

I focus on building self-compassion and understanding of self with my clients. This allows them to navigate areas of difficulty in their lives, such as relationship challenges or major life stressors.

I believe we all need a place to be heard and understood. I enjoy exploring both big challenges and everyday experiences with my clients. Finding ways to support needs, wants, struggles, and strengths.

My hope is to create a holding-space of compassion, realistic responses and authentic collaboration where each client or client system can enter as the expert of their own lived experience.

I have completed levels 1 & 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and use it during couples treatment to enhance communication, build emotional connection, manage conflict, strengthen friendship and overall development of trust.
